Your account may be suspended and subsequently removed if such item is found associated with your account.
EVERY USER OF OUR SERVICE IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR WHATEVER HE/SHE POSTS ON OUR WEBSITE. The Company or any of its partners shall in no way be held responsible for any post/comment (pure text, link or media) found on this website.
You agree that any item posted using your account on Efritin NG website is owned by you, or you are authorised by the lawful owner to post the item on our website.
We reserve the right to reveal your identity and submit your data to the law agency when requested by a government instituted authority, either for a criminal investigation, a fraudulent investigation, a court order or notification served by any law enforcement agency to curtail cyber crime.
We do not guaranty the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information posted on our website, as it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of all the posts. The posts expresses the views of the author, whose name will be attached to such a post, and not necessarily the view of The Company.
You agree that we will keep your posts on Efritin NG for a maximum of 120 days and not more. Your post will be deleted after then. You can repost the item again if you choose.

3. Account Funding
To perform certain activities on our website (such as account verification and adverts), you may need to make payments to Efritin NG. You will be redirected to our payment processor to make your payments. Your Efritin NG funds balance will be refilled with the number of units paid for once the payment is confirmed. Your payments to Efritin NG are NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be used to purchase ads slots and other services on Efritin NG. You will be alerted once your funds balance goes low.
4. Bans
You may be banned from using our service if:
- You use hate words/statements on another user.
- If you make any post that is pornographic or a link to such materials.
- If you solicit for money in your posts/conversations.
- If you make any post that degrades any race, ethnicity, gender, religion, etc.
- If you try to hack or gain unauthorised access to another account.
Your account will be suspended or deleted, with or without notice.
5. Site Usage
By using our website, you agree that you will not do anything to overload our server, and you will not do anything that will negatively affect the performance of our website. You may be arrested and charged for trying to disrupt the normal functioning of our website.
Please note that by using the Service, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from the Service or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.
You agree that you will under no circumstances attempt to gain access to any resource of the Service that you are not authorized to use (including, but not limited to, another users' account), and you agree that you will not try to circumvent any bans. Doing that constitutes illegal access to IT systems and may be reported to relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to modify the content of these terms and conditions without notice. Therefore it is your responsibility to regularly visit this page and stay updated.
